Play on Xbox and open your private dashboard in a browser. Your Internet connection carries the live data.

Point the game at your dashboard

  1. For browser setup, connect this browser to the same home network as your Xbox. Turn off a VPN for setup.
  2. Choose Connect in browser above. Your permanent personal address will appear here. You only need to set this up once.
  3. In Forza, open Settings → HUD & Gameplay → Telemetry → Data Out. Turn it On, then enter the IP address and port shown here.
  4. Return to the game and drive. When data arrives, open your dashboard and choose Race, Cruise, Tuner or Drift.

Using an installed app? Follow the app guide and use the address shown by that app instead.

Changed network, or not receiving data?

Check every digit of the address and port. Use one game or replay sender at a time. Your connection stays tied to the original home network; a different network cannot take it over.

If your home Internet address has changed, connect this browser to the new home network and choose Reconnect on this network. This ends any current recording and pairs again. Your saved races remain.

Your port stays assigned to you. While your GhostGauge account is signed in, recording starts automatically when game packets arrive and resumes after any break. You can close this page. Signing out of all GhostGauge sessions stops recording; signing back in restores it automatically. Stop connection or revoke “GhostGauge Web” to disable automatic recording. During beta, if all 20 recording slots are occupied, your connection retries automatically; packets sent while waiting are not saved.

A small live delay is normal over the Internet. Race timing comes from the game data, not the time it takes to reach your screen.
